Where are your products made and shipped from?

All Everword jewelry is made and shipped from within the USA. Each piece is crafted and packaged with care before being sent from our U.S. fulfillment partners to your door.

Can I customize my message card?

Currently, all message cards are printed with our signature Everword messages.

In the future, we plan to offer limited personalized options join our email list to be the first to know when that launches.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel, with optional 18k yellow or white gold finishes.

They’re designed for everyday wear durable, tarnish-resistant, and gentle on skin.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking beautiful, store it in a dry place when not worn and gently wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, or water exposure for long periods.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are made to order and ship within 2–5 business days.

Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Please note, customized piece may take an additional 2-3 days to create.

(Please allow a little extra time during holidays or high-volume seasons, good things are worth the wait.)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at support@everword.co with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Are any purchases final sale?

We accept returns on non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in new condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Customized items (such as name necklaces or engraved pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
